HOW TO use music as therapy

Sometimes when you listen to music it feels like the music speaks to you.. sometimes it even feels like the lyrics are written for you.

There is a way you can have that feeling all the time and it’s not very hard to reach;

Make playlists for every mood you’re in; party, happy, beach, sad, depressed, angry, energetic.
When you’ve done this you’ll see that it works and your life will be way different.
